Organic Assam Black

This Assam tea, from the Satrupa garden of controlled organic natural production, is a powerful, round and balanced black tea, with notes of wood and spices. It can be accompanied by a cloud of milk.

Assam tea is a black tea from the region of the same name, in northwest India. Coming from a long tradition, it is harvested from an indigenous variety of tea plants with large leaves called “camellia assamica”. Having the particularity of growing in a hot and rainy environment and at a very low altitude, close to sea level, it is known to be strong and invigorating.
